These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shadow Falcon d.o.o. ("Shadow Falcon," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the shadow-falcon.com website and our automotive services.

By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

We will not perform work beyond the agreed scope without obtaining your explicit approval and providing updated cost estimates.

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

Shadow Falcon provides a 12-month warranty on labor and parts for services performed at our facility. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and failures of parts supplied by us under normal use conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications made after service
Normal wear and tear of components
Failures caused by lack of recommended maintenance
Work performed by third parties after our service
Parts or fluids not supplied by Shadow Falcon
Consequential or indirect damages

Manufacturer Warranties

Parts supplied by us may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties. We will provide warranty information for applicable parts and assist with warranty claims where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian and EU law:

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage not directly caused by our services
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including parts availability or unforeseen technical complications

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Payment Terms

Pricing and Quotes

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Croatian VAT unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless specified otherwise. Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if additional work is discovered and authorized.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Late Payment

If payment is not received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate under Croatian law. We also reserve the right to retain the vehicle until payment is received in full.

Vehicle Storage and Lien Rights

When your vehicle is left at our facility for service, you grant us permission to store it on our premises. We take reasonable precautions to protect vehicles in our care but are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Under Croatian law, we have the right to retain possession of your vehicle until all service charges and related costs are paid in full. If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days after completion of service, we may exercise our rights under applicable lien laws.

Intellectual Property Rights
